At Kathmandu NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor gear, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for items in original condition. Whether you purchased online or in-store, we make it easy to exchange or refund your gear so you can get back to your next adventure.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached within 60 days of purchase (Summit Club members may have extended periods).

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to generate a shipping label or bring your item and proof of purchase to any Kathmandu retail store across New Zealand.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
